Thank you for considering to schedule an appointment with me!

This appointment scheduler only accepts at most 3 appointments per day, from 10 am-5 pm, Mondays to Saturdays. 

The duration is for a maximum of 60 minutes per appointment to give other clients time. Be mindful to follow the appointment schedule.

The meeting can be through 

• Google Meet (see link for this specific appointment) or 

• on-site (at DMSF Center for Research and Development office, 8F TLC Bldg.)
