Recording Studio

Our recording studio is located in the (Health Sciences & Education Building) HSEB.
Check in with security on the first floor for a temporary badge (if you don't already have a badge to our facility) then take any elevator to the 5th floor.
The studio, B574, is in the north wing, about midway down the far-left hallway, next to the breakroom.
It is always open for employee use and operates on a first-come first-served basis.
It is equipped with acoustic wall panels, wifi, a webcam, PowerPoint, Zoom, and a table with four chairs.

Open your presentation using a flash drive or cloud server (Google Drive, OneDrive)

STEP 3:

Record using PowerPoint or Zoom

STEP 4:

Share your recording to the ID Team for publishing using Google Drive or OneDrive, or upload to our shared folder since video is usually too large to email
