We're here to help! If you have a question or concern, please start with the person who is closest to the situation. This helps ensure that questions are answered by the appropriate person and allows concerns to be addressed as efficiently as possible.
For questions related to practices, meets, training, swimmer development, group placement, attendance, or other swimming-related topics, please follow the chain of communication below:
Your Group Liaison is your first point of contact for questions or general information about your swimmer's group.
If your Group Liaison is unable to answer your question, they will help direct you to the appropriate coach.
⬇️
If your question requires coaching or program-specific information, the next step is to contact your swimmer's Lead Coach.
⬇️
If your question cannot be resolved by the Lead Coach, the Head Coach or Head Age Group Coach can provide additional guidance.
⬇️
Questions that require additional program-level support can be brought to the Director of Competitive Swimming.
⬇️
The Executive Director is the final step in the chain of communication for swimming-related concerns that cannot be resolved at the coaching or program level.
For questions related to your account, registration, billing, payments, invoices, or other administrative matters, please contact the EMAC Office directly.
Examples include:
Registration
Account information
Billing and payments
Invoices
Refunds
Account changes
Registration questions
Other administrative questions
These questions do not need to go through the coaching chain of command.
That's okay!
When in doubt, start with your Group Liaison for swimming-related questions. They can help point you in the right direction if someone else needs to assist.
Our goal is to make sure your question reaches the right person while keeping communication clear and organized for our families and staff.
