📚 Back-to-School & Labor Day Reminder

We hope all the kids had a wonderful first week of School. Can't believe I am saying that. The summer has come and gone in a splash. A reminder that there will be no lessons on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

You can schedule a makeup lesson for this class through your Parent Portal. See button above for portal access.

If you have a question or something comes up while you’re on deck, please feel free to connect with the Deck Supervisor or Manager on Site. We’re happy to help!

To help our instructors stay focused on what they do best — teaching your child the gift of swimming — please avoid interrupting them during their lesson. This allows them to give your swimmer their full attention and keep the lesson running smoothly.

If you need to reach us after your visit, you can also use the Contact Us option through the Parent Portal.

Find a class you love → Send us a Client Message → We’ll take care of the rest!

If you need a different day or time for your swimmer, please log into your Parent Portal and send us a Client Message. In your message, please include:

• 📅 The day and time you are looking for

• 🏊 Your swimmer’s name

• 💬 Any other information that may help us with your request

You’re welcome to browse the available classes in the Parent Portal to see what might work best for your schedule, but please do not enroll your swimmer in the new class yourself. The system will charge you again, and we want to make sure your transfer is handled correctly!

Once we receive your message, our Transfer Coordinator will reach out to you and take care of the transfer for you. 😊

Please mark your calendars for the upcoming EMAC Learn to Swim holiday closures. There will be no Learn to Swim lessons on the following dates:

• Labor Day — September 7, 2026

• Thanksgiving — November 26, 2026

• Christmas Eve — December 24, 2026

• Christmas Day — December 25, 2026

• New Year’s Eve — December 31, 2026

• New Year’s Day — January 1, 2027

• Easter — March 28, 2027

• Memorial Day — May 31, 2027

• Independence Day — July 4, 2027

Need to Schedule a Makeup? 🏊

If your swimmer misses a lesson, you can easily schedule a makeup class through the Parent Portal!

1. Log in to your Parent Portal.

2. From the Dashboard, select My Schedule.

3. Find the class your swimmer missed.

4. Click the three dots in the corner of the class.

5. Select the option to Schedule a Makeup.

6. Choose an available class that works for your schedule and confirm the makeup.

Scheduling makeups directly through the Parent Portal makes it easy to find an available class at either The Hive (2546 Millrace Rd. Emmaus) or Steel Fitness Premier( 250 Cetronia Rd. Allentown) , when applicable.
