Department of Entrepreneurship and Management, under the aegis of IIC, conducted a 1-day workshop on "Fundamentals of Lean Startup Approach." The workshop was attended by 80 + participants. The session in the workshop unpacked the core pillars of the Lean Startup Methodology: Lean Thinking, Lean Startup Principles, Lean Business Model, and Lean Organizational Structure.

Department of Entrepreneurship and Management, under the aegis of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), conducted a 1-day workshop on "Ideation to Scaleup: Navigating Operational Challenges." The workshop explored the nuances of transitioning from a startup to a scale-up, focusing on strategic initiatives with frameworks to align vision and execution in tech-driven ventures.

The session covered topics of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and Business Models. It was inspiring to see students and professionals collaborate, brainstorm, and discuss action items to ideate and conceptualize ideas for Entrepreneurship
