LearningSupport Terms of Service 

LEARNING SUPPORT – TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: May 31, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using Learning Support, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Learning Support is an educational assistance application designed to process study materials, notes, and supported attachments for summarization and structured educational output.

3. TRIAL PERIOD
Learning Support may include a 7-day free trial period.

4. LICENSE AND SUBSCRIPTION
After the trial period expires, continued use of Learning Support requires a paid annual license subscription.

Access is controlled through an activation code issued by ELWS BT.

Expired licenses may not continue to be used and require renewal to maintain access to the Application.

Learning Support is licensed, not sold.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are solely responsible for:
• their Gmail account
• API credentials
• educational content uploaded for processing
• reviewing generated outputs

6. GMAIL ACCESS
Learning Support only accesses emails intentionally sent by the user to themselves and matching predefined command keywords and subject rules.

The Application does not access unrelated emails or third-party accounts.

7. AI DISCLAIMER
Learning Support currently uses Google Gemini AI.

AI-generated summaries, notes, explanations, or structured educational materials may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Learning Support is an educational support tool and does not replace professional, legal, academic, or medical advice.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to:
• misuse Gmail access
• attempt unauthorized access
• use the Application unlawfully
• interfere with licensing systems

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ELWS BT. – Everyday Life Work Services shall not be liable for:
• educational decisions based on generated outputs
• indirect damages
• lost data caused by user devices or third-party providers
• temporary interruption of AI services

10. TERMINATION
Violation of these Terms may result in license termination.

11. MODIFICATIONS
ELWS BT. may update these Terms of Service.
