LEARNING SUPPORT – PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
Learning Support (“Application”) is an educational assistance application developed by ELWS BT. – Everyday Life Work Services (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. DATA STORAGE
Learning Support stores user-generated content, processed materials, generated documents, and settings locally on the user’s own device. ELWS BT. does not operate a cloud storage system and does not centrally store user files.

3. GMAIL ACCESS AND EMAIL PROCESSING
The Application accesses Gmail exclusively to process emails intentionally sent by users to their own email account.

Learning Support only processes emails that:
• originate from the authenticated user
• are sent to the same authenticated user
• match predefined subject lines and command keywords

The Application periodically checks the mailbox for matching emails and does not continuously monitor unrelated messages.

Learning Support may read relevant emails and send processed educational content back to the same authenticated Gmail account.

The Application does not:
• access third-party email accounts
• read unrelated personal emails
• delete, archive, or modify Gmail messages

4. SUPPORTED FILE TYPES
Learning Support may process supported email attachments including:
• PDF
• JPG / JPEG
• TXT
• DOC
• PPT

5. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
Learning Support currently integrates Google Gemini API to process educational materials and generate summaries, structured notes, and document output.

Users provide and manage their own API credentials. API keys are not collected, transmitted, or centrally stored by ELWS BT.

Selected content may be processed through Google Gemini according to Google’s applicable privacy practices.

6. GENERATED DOCUMENTS
Processed content may be returned to the user by email and generated as DOCX documents stored locally on the user’s own device.

7. DATA COLLECTION
Learning Support does not require user account registration.

We do not:
• collect analytics
• use telemetry
• sell personal information
• maintain centralized databases of user content

8. CHILDREN
Learning Support is a general audience educational tool and may be used by users of any age under applicable local laws.

9. SECURITY
Users remain responsible for securing their own Gmail account, API credentials, and local device.

10. GDPR / EEA USERS
Because user data primarily remains on the user’s own device and is not centrally stored by ELWS BT, users maintain control over their personal information.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
