I do not know what the future holds for our season right now but we are going to be hopeful and proactive. YOU SHOULD NOT BE GETTING TOGETHER AS A TEAM. As much as you may want to do that & think that it is helping, with the current situation- it is not advised!!!

1- Fill out the google sheet- link is below. It is information I will eventually need but the most important information for right now is your email address. 4- Lacrosse Specific Strength & Conditioning workout to do this week: I am going to ask each of you to run ONE MILE and time it. Bring your lacrosse stick & gloves- cradle a ball if you have one. You also are asked to do as many push-ups in a row that you can do. Do this DAILY MONDAY -FRIDAY... the first time you do these pushups (HOPEFULLY MONDAY), LOG IT on our google sheet (link is above. You also should log your one mile run time.

WEEK OF 3/30:
If you filled out the google sheet from last week, you are now a member of our Krossover account. You can see all of our games from last year. This week, along with the agility, running and wall ball I would like you to watch our game against Hills West. Listen for the set plays that I call if you play offense. Watch how we clear the ball if you play defense.. and watch how PENALTIES hurt our team!!!
