Elsie (founder) happily serving since her first food truck.
Elsie's Eggrolls started as food trailer serving Filipino classics. The trailer has been in all around the greater Austin area, working in events such as F1 at the Circuit of the Americas.
Serving Filipino Classics such as Pancit, and Pork Adobo. We are slowly adding in to our menu Sinigang, Lechon, and Kare-kare.

All of our entrees are prepared and cooked by Elsie. She has been in charge of every dish that has made it to a plate since 2014. The recipe has been unchanged since the transition to our restaurant location.
