Registration Fee ＆ Payment Policy

🌸Registration Fee: 16,000 JPY

🌸Payment Method: Credit Card Only (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club)

     Note: Payment must be made online via our secure registration system.

🌸Cancellation Policy: 

　▹Cancellations made on or before February 9, 2027: A full refund will be issued minus a 6% processing fee.

　▹Cancellations made after February 9, 2027: No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including visa denials or travel disruptions.

　▹All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: GalileanMoons_at_elsi.jp (Please replace "_at_" with "@" when sending an email.)
