Which devices can I use to play DreamBox?
Students can play DreamBox on all computers, laptops, and Chromebooks through an internet browser and on all iPad tablets since iPad 2 (2011) through our DreamBox Math apps. At this time, DreamBox is not available on smartphones and not supported on Android tablets.

Preparing Devices to Run DreamBox
To see if your computer, laptop, or Chromebook is compatible with DreamBox's minimum requirements, click here to open our Requirements Checker tool. It will scan your device to verify if your device meets the requirements to run DreamBox and help you test sound and video.

What information do I need?
Depending on how your student logs into DreamBox at school you’ll need a variety of information to log them in at home.
You need to know:
1) Where students log in.
On a computer:
Do they open a DreamBox login page that contains ‘dreambox.com’ in the URL?
Do they open their school portal or an alternate site? This method is often referred to as Single Sign-On (SSO)
On an iPad
Do they tap the iPad app?
Do they open their school portal or an alternate site in Safari? This method is often referred to as Single Sign-On (SSO)
2) Student login credentials. This includes student usernames and passwords.
Please note: DreamBox Support is unable to provide student usernames and passwords. Please reach out to your teacher or school administrator for assistance with login credentials.

Create a free DreamBox Family dashboard
If your child has a DreamBox Learning account through their school, you will be able to set up parent access to a Family Dashboard that allows you to monitor your child's progress. Click here to learn more and start setting up your account. Please be aware that when you create your parent account it may take up to two hours for you to be able to access your Family dashboard.
