COVID Checklist
Dear Parents & Students,
As a requirement of returning to school, it is imperative that the Health Checklist be submitted each morning your child will be attending class in the school building.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE HEALTH CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO THE SCHOOL DAY OR YOUR ENTRY WILL BE DELAYED.

-All students, staff and visitors must wear a mask to enter the school building.
-All students should come with their own backpack, supplies and computing device.
-Students will wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer before / during / after class, and before and after eating breakfast and lunch.
-When not eating, students must wear masks
-Strict cleaning and sanitation measures including wiping down all surfaces & supplies before / during / after use
-Health Screening process prior to entering school.
-Temperature checks
-Student bring their own water bottle
Q: Will we have a chance to speak with the teachers?
A: Entry to the school building by non-staff/students, will be allowed only for emergencies. All non-emergency entry will be allowed only by appointment, limited to the main lobby/office area and all protective equipment used and procedures followed. https://forms.gle/g1uQtd6vvcNZG5Bs8
