成績公開日【Date to Publish Academic Assessment Results】
2024年度の大学院共通授業科目におけるWeb成績公開日は、下記のとおりです。
●1学期：2024年9月10日（火）
●2学期：2025年2月14日（金）
※所属の研究科・学院の成績公開日に関わらず、大学院共通授業科目として履修登録している科目は、上記日程での公開となります
Below are the dates on which academic assessment results are posted online for inter-graduate school classes in A.Y. 2024.
●Spring Term，Summer Term：10th Sep. 2024 (Tue)
●Fall Term，Winter Term ：14th Feb. 2025（Fri）
成績評価に関する申し立て【Academic Assessment Appeals Policy and Procedures】
大学院共通授業科目の成績評価に異議があり、下記の条件に当てはまる場合は、成績評価に関する申立てを行うことができます。
但し、対象となる科目は、大学院共通授業科目のうち、基礎科目及び独自の申立て制度をもつプログラム（新渡戸スクール等）の科目を除く、総合科目及び特別科目となります。
（１）シラバスに記載してある成績評価方法や授業中に指示のあった成績評価方法と異なる成績評価方法により評価されたことを客観的・具体的事実をもって示すことができる場合。
（２）明らかに誤記入（採点・登録ミス）によるものと思われる場合で、学生が客観的・具体的事実をもって示すことができる場合。
申請する場合は、申請書様式をダウンロードし必要事項を記載の上、申請書提出先に提出してください。
If you have an objection with the academic assessment results for your inter-graduate school class(es), you can appeal your academic assessment results in the cases mentioned below.
Appeals can be made through this system for any comprehensive or special class in inter-graduate school programs that do not have their own system for appealing academic assessment results (for example, Nitobe College is not covered by this system.) Results for fundamental classes also cannot be appealed through this system.
１．Cases in which you can objectively and specifically indicate that your academic assessment results were assigned by a different method from the academic assessment method stipulated in the syllabus or described during class.
２．Cases in which you can objectively and specifically indicate a clear writing error (grading or registration error).
To appeal your results, download the appeal form, fill out the necessary items and submit the form to the applicable office.

留意事項【Attention】
必ず事前に指導教員と相談の上、履修計画を立てること。
科目によっては履修調整を行う場合もあるので、シラバスの備考欄などもよく読み、内容に不明な点がある場合には責任教員等に確認すること。
Be sure to consult your supervisor and make a class plan.
For some subjects, classes may need to be adjusted. Read information such as the syllabus notes carefully and ask a staff member such as the head of the subject if you are unsure of anything.
