Elms College is proud to offer this fund to support students pursuing unpaid external internships.

The Elms Advantage Internship Experience is a program that provides career-aligned experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students. Students will gain relevant job experience, develop the ability to integrate thinking within and across disciplines, and most importantly, learn by doing.
