We typically hold about 3-4 events each month. This includes a board meeting, chapter meeting to discuss the event, and a monthly chapter event. Check out the information below on the levels of membership.
General member, a student that wants to foster friendships with individuals with and without disabilities.
Peer buddy, a student that wants to be in a 1:1 friendship with an individual with disabilities. This person spends time in and outside chapter events to get to know their buddy. *Only a select number of students are matched with a participant with special needs.*
Board officer, a student that wants to help lead the chapter and plan events to foster inclusive relationship among peers. This student should be able to attend the majority of events. They can also be matched with a buddy.
Associate buddy, a student with special needs that can participate in chapter events on a semi-regular basis. This student does not want to be paired in a 1:1 friendship.
