After 4 year of hosting EdCamp Elmbrook at Brookfield Central High School, we are going virtual for 2021.
What does this mean for EdCamp? Well a couple of big differences.
All of our sessions will be held using Zoom. While I'll miss the ability to be face to face with others, this opens up our EdCamp to a wider audience. Also, snow will not interfere with any of our plans.
Our pitch and plan of sessions will be done in advance. Attendees will pitch their session ideas using Flipgrid during February and March. To learn more head to the Session Pitch Page.
Our Session Board will be completed and ready to view on April 1st. This means that you will be able to plan out your day at EdCamp well in advance. That means figuring out all the sessions you will go to throughout the morning. Or if you can only make it to one or two sessions, you will know what will be discussed at what time.
As we get closer to the big day, we will be releasing more details about what the Virtual EdCamp Elmbrook Experience will entail. But, we are excited for the opportunity to keep EdCamp Elmbrook going in 2021!
