With everything that you have going on as a junior, it can be challenging to find time to map out all of your important post-secondary "to-do's" through the end of your senior year. If you're finding that to be true, worry no more! Below you will find a month-by-month calendar of important tasks that can be helpful as you begin to plan for life after high school.
November 2025
By 11/13 - Register and pay for 1st Semester AP exams
Attend Junior ACP Conference during Link (in October) and sign up for an individual ACP Meeting with your counselor using their Calendly link: October - November
Research Careers/Majors using Xello
Attend job and college fairs or connect with military recruiters
Review transcript on Infinite Campus for accuracy and determine progress toward graduation
November 6th - WCTC Open House from 3 - 7pm

FAFSA opens early December; complete prior to deadline indicated by your college(s)
Decision notifications are delivered if you applied Early Action or Early Decision
Continue to explore scholarship opportunities and submit applications (be sure to check your university’s website for scholarships, too!)
Submit any outstanding apps
Complete and submit FAFSA if not yet complete
Ask your counselor to submit mid-year grade reports, if required (upon request, these will be submitted after 2nd term grades are posted to transcripts - usually the first or second week in February)
Continue to explore scholarship opportunities and submit applications (be sure to check your university’s website for scholarships, too!)

Double check graduation progress in IC to ensure that you are still on track
