With nearly a decade of experience, I have honed my expertise in the analysis, design, and construction of mechanical and hydraulic systems, specializing in engineering equipment and processes for manufacturing operations. As VP of Engineering at a start-up company, I played a pivotal role in shaping the company's engineering strategy, focusing on rapid growth and facility expansion, encompassing site selection, equipment and site design, construction and project management, as well as automation and personnel management.

I live, work, and serve in the Upper and Wenatchee Valley and am deeply committed to our community. My family and I live in Leavenworth, Washington, where we are enjoying raising our two young daughters.
