Meet the EMS Library Staff

Ms. Melnick, School Library Media Specialist

Ms. Melnick has been working at Ellington Middle School since 2016.

She loves hearing student’s book recommendations and is happy to recommend books to students as well.  Her favorite genres are realistic and historical fiction.  She also loves novels written in verse!

Ms. Melnick co-runs several after school activities and clubs, including National Junior Art Honor Society (NJAHS), Library Advisory Board, eSports Gaming League, and Monthly Book Club.  

When she is not at school, she enjoys spending time with friends, taking her dog on walks and working on crafts.
