Your Hapori teacher will be in contact with your "face-to-face" at least weekly. They will check-in with you, monitor your learning progress and your well-being.
Your Kaitiaki is available to support you should you need it. They will check-in with you periodically via "face-to-face" group meets.
Our well-being practitioners (counselors) are available to support you while you Learn from Home. If you want to make an appointment for a "face-to-face' meet with one of the counselors you can contact them directly by email:

The school website has lots of links to mental health, wellbeing, and family pages. Check them out. Keep up your well-being activities. Recognise if you start down a path of unhelpful thinking and put some things in place early to turn that around
Your subject teachers will be available to support you. You will have at least one "face-to-face" meet with your subject teachers every week. They will also be available to support you via email.
