Week 1

Neon Freeze Dance

Materials: Blacklight, neon clothing, glow sticks, music player

Instructions:

1. Set up a blacklight and have kids wear neon or glow-in-the-dark items.

2. Play music and have the kids dance.

3. When the music stops, they must freeze. The last one to stop moving is out!

Glow-in-the-Dark Treasure Hunt

Materials: Small glowing objects (glow sticks, toys, painted rocks)

Instructions:

1. Hide glowing objects around a dimly lit room or outdoor space.

2. Give kids glow sticks and let them search for the glowing treasures.

Glow Stick Ring Toss

Materials: Glow bracelets, cones or bottles

Instructions:

1. Activate and connect glow bracelets to form rings.

2. Set up cones or bottles as targets.

3. Take turns tossing the rings onto the targets.

Glow Bowling

Materials: Glow sticks, empty water bottles, soft ball

Instructions:

1. Insert glow sticks into empty water bottles to create glowing pins.

2. Arrange them in a triangle formation.

3. Roll a soft ball to knock them down and keep score!

Glow Tic-Tac-Toe

Materials: Glow sticks, glow bracelets

Instructions:

1. Create a tic-tac-toe grid using glow sticks.

2. Use different colored glow bracelets as X’s and O’s.

3. Play as usual!
