Background:

Patrick has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management including Hazardous Materials management. He has 10 years of chemical industry experience as a HAZWOPER Trainer and First Responder. He has held several positions throughout his career within the Health, Safety, and Environmental field as HSE trainer, coordinator, and manager. He has been part of several industry wide first responder associations including MARC (Mid-America Regional Council) and Johnson County, Kansas LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee). He has worked with all levels of regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels including local level First Responders, EPA, OSHA, and the Department of Homeland Security. Patrick brings years of leadership, and HSE experience within general industry into the construction industry.
