This is my fifth year teaching ELA and fourth year teaching science. Now before you think that there is no way I look that young, I have taught at Elk Mound since 1998 in multiple subject areas and grade levels.

I have three fabulous children: Ryan, 22, a senior at UW-Platteville; Kate, 17, a senior at EMHS; and Carly, 16, a junior at EMHS.

Our summers are spent traveling: camping on the North Shore, road trips across the country, and basketball tournaments . . . although I have yet to convince them to take a day trip to the Spam museum in Minnesota. Exploring is my passion . . . and excuse not to garden.
