Youth Track & Field

Program Description: Competitive program for boys and girls ages 5 to 18. We focus on fitness, good nutritional habits, and the specific skills and knowledge needed to compete in the track and field events. Meets will be offered throughout the season.

Youth Cross-Country

Program Description: Program designed for pre-k to 6th graders whose schools do not offer 6th grade cross-country. We teach them interval training, hill running, tempo changing, base mileage, flexibility exercises, and competing. The program is set up to get them ready for competition.

Winter Upgrade

Program Description: This is a winter fitness program for kids that focuses on balance, core strength, mobility, and general strength.
