The Community Center and Park Pavilion are available to rent for private and public events. Great for family gatherings, meetings, birthday parties, receptions and more.

Only cash or check payments are accepted at this time.
Rates start at $40.00 for up to 4 hours of rental time, plus a refundable $25.00 deposit.
$10.00 each additional hour (up to 8 hours)
$100.00 for all day (over 8 hours)
$20.00 add on charge for kitchen use (*Not charged for Pavilion)

Community Center
The Community Center has one large gathering room with a full kitchen. The kitchen has two ovens/stovetops, a refrigerator, microwave, two large coffee brewers, commercial dishwasher, serving dishes, silverware and plenty of counter space. There are a variety of folding tables and lots of chairs to suit most needs.
Pavilion
Pavilion
The Pavilion is located in Tom McDowell Park right next to the playground. Rental of the Pavilion includes a small kitchen with oven/stovetop, refrigerator, access to electricity, restrooms and large picnic tables. This is a great location for children's birthday parties and family picnics. The Pavilion is not available to rent in the winter months.
