In this activity, you will work in mixed groups (Catalan & Dutch students) to discover how different organizations change the world. Your mission is to become "experts" on one specific organization and then teach your classmates about it.
Research: Watch the assigned video and read the information provided about your organization.
Collaborate: Discuss the key points with your group. Dutch and Catalan students should compare if they have seen similar projects in their home countries.
Prepare: Create a short presentation (poster, digital slides, or just a speech) using the "Presentation Guide" structures.
Share: Present your findings to the rest of the class.
Step 1: Discover. Watch the video and identify the main goal. What is the "problem" and what is the "solution"?
Step 2: Analyse Inclusion. Look specifically at how they help people. Is it through jobs, technology, housing, or direct rescue?
Step 3: The Dutch-Spanish Connection. This is where you find similarities! Catalan student and Dutch students search for a similar example in the Netherlands.
Step 4: The Summary. Fill in the gaps of the provided structures:
Where/When was it founded?
What does the logo represent?
Who is their target group (who do they help)?
What is their "Dutch twin" (similar organization in NL)?
"Remember: You are not just presenting a company; you are explaining a way to make society better. Be passionate!"
