I would like to introduce myself and share my story with you.

I'm Chanel Divine. I earned my bookkeeping certification through the NACPB committee with specialized expertise in administrative support and payroll services. I'm also a recognized subject matter expert in QuickBooks Online.

I offer full & fractional bookkeeping services to business owners and entrepreneurs (remote and on-site) in
Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Alabama.

Originally from Texas and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I now reside in Joplin, Missouri, with my fiancé and our son. Although we now reside in Alabama,
I am still a proud supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs.

In 2022, I made a career change from being a
Certified Medical Assistant to pursue my passion for finance. As a certified bookkeeper, I find joy in helping businesses automate and optimize their bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks Online and other advanced tools.

I offer comprehensive bookkeeping services, handling monthly and weekly tasks, managing accounts payable and receivable, accounts reconciliation, assisting with year-end closing, tax preparation, and bookkeeping clean-up
for clients with incomplete records.

I also provide personalized training on QuickBooks Online --
assisting with automation, reporting, financial statements, and sales tracking.

Lastly, I offer payroll services, including POS system integrations for
seamless sales and inventory management.
