Field trips are held at various locations in Utah, always on the same day. As often as possible, field trips are planned to be within an hour drive of your region, but students are welcome to attend any field trip as long as parents are willing to drive. Elevated Charter School does not provide transportation to or from field trips, and a parent or legal guardian must sign each student in and out, if the parent/guardian is not staying for the field trip. Siblings and parents are welcome to join most field trips at the discretion of each venue, but need to pay for their admission, usuall at a discounted school/group rate. Parents pay the school directly if they want to attend field trips or bring non-enrolled siblings.

There is no charge for enrolled students in grades K-6 to attend field trips. Enrolled students in grades 7-12 may either use their PLB or self-pay for a discounted entry fee. For non-enrolled siblings and accompanying guardians, admission costs will be determined based on the venue. These costs will usually be at a discounted rate from the regular admission. Please view the registration form for the field trip you are interested in for specific costs and field trip information. Payment must be made to the school at least 24 hours prior to the field trip day and start time.

There are no refunds for field trips less than 7 days in advance of field trip date.

School-led field trips are limited to enrolled students and their immediate family members (parents and siblings). Grandparents can attend in place of parents or if approved based on need. Extended family, including cousins, aunts & uncles, and friends cannot attend school-led field trips.

Siblings of enrolled students who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
