Costs: Enrolled students in grades K-6 are free to attend. Special consideration: You are able to bring/wear your own footwear. Allowable wheeled items include: traditional quad skates & inline blades, scooters, strollers (wheels must be clean), wiggle cars, and balance bikes (bikes may not have pedals.)  If you do not have your own skates, the field trip cost covers rental of basic quad skates. Anyone wishing to upgrade their skate rental to roller blades or scooters is welcome to bring cash with them to this field trip. Roller blades are $3 extra, and scooters are $5. Please note: Elevated staff cannot be responsible for any money brought to this field trip by students/siblings. 

Join us on a guided tour at the Museum of Uintah County. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the peoples from Utah's past. After the tour, we will get to participate in a few hands-on activities.
We expect to be at the facility from 10am - 12:30pm. Please note: this time may be subject to change, due to availability of staff and activity materials at the museum. If there is any change to the planned time, notice will be sent out. Thank you.

Costs: This field trip is free for all attendees. Because the Museum operates on donations, we respectfully are asking families to consider donating $5 per family directly to the Museum. A donation is not required for participation in this field trip, but would be appreciated by the Museum.

We are so excited to return to Top Golf again this year! Students will be joining golf instructors on the driving range, to receive tips and guidance on their golf form. This field trip includes 1 soft drink per student, as well as time on the driving range.

Non-enrolled siblings and guardians ages 2 and up will be required to pay a Tier II of $10 to participate; however, this field trip is only open to enrolled students at this time. As we get closer, enrollment for siblings will be allowed on a first-come-first-served basis. I will reach out to families that indicate they'd like to have siblings participate as space opens up, and will request payment at that time.

This experience is for students in grades 7-12 ONLY. 

 Please register for this activity trip HERE . The deadline to register for this field trip is Friday November 6th. Students will need several weeks to complete the virtual classwork, prior to the activity happening in January. 

 About: " JA Finance Park® is Junior Achievement's capstone program for personal financial planning and career exploration. This program, comprising a curriculum and a simulation, helps students build a foundation on which they can make intelligent financial decisions that last a lifetime, including decisions related to income, expenses, savings, and credit." 

For several weeks prior to the in-person event, students will have access to a Google Classroom in order to watch videos, view slides, and complete worksheets relating to personal financial planning and career exploration. This work is NOT required to attend the activity, but can help provide context and enrichment as students participate in the live event.

This activity is $5/student, payable out of their PLB or through PayPal. 

As this activity goes from 9:30 am until 1:30pm, sudents are able to bring a lunch with them, or prepay for a Chick-fil-A lunch that will be provided on-site. A link will be sent to parents prior to this activity so that lunch may be ordered if desired. 

Please note: We have reserved a date for our students in grades 7-12 to attend the Junior Achievement Finance Park in Salt Lake City on January 26th. This activity takes place on a regular school day. As such, participating students will be excused from their regular classes on this date, but will be expected to make up any work missed while at Finance Park.
