Field trips are held at various locations in Utah, always on the same day. There should be one close to you, but students are welcome to attend any field trip as long as parents are willing to drive. Elevated Charter School does not provide transportation to or from field trips, and a parent or legal guardian must sign each student in and out, if the parent/guardian is not staying for the field trip. Siblings and parents are welcome to join most field trips at the discretion of each venue, but need to pay for their admission, at our discounted school/group rate. Parents pay the school directly if they want to attend field trips or bring non-enrolled siblings.
There is no charge for enrolled students to attend field trips. Parents/guardians and non-enrolled siblings pay the school the discounted school/group rate. Payment must be made to the school at least 24 hours prior to the field trip day and start time.
There are no refunds for field trips less than 7 days in advance of field trip date.
School-led field trips are limited to enrolled students and their immediate family members (parents and siblings). Grandparents can attend in place of parents or if approved based on need. Extended family, including cousins, aunts & uncles, and friends cannot attend school-led field trips.
Siblings of enrolled students who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
