This field trip is a special experience, designed for 4th-6th grade students. Siblings will not be allowed to attend. We will have need of several volunteer parents to receive training and assist with our school. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the relevant portion of the registration form. 

The  deadline to sign up for this field trip is Friday December 12. There will be no registrations allowed after this date. This field trip requires students to complete curriculum prior to entering the facility, which we will provide and work on in the weeks leading up to the field trip.

ABOUT THE SHOW: Peter Rabbit doesn’t think life as a rabbit is all it’s cracked up to be in this spirited children’s musical. His mother is always making him do chores, and Peter’s had just about all he can take of his goody two-shoes twin sisters. After being picked on for the last time, Peter decides to run away from home and find a better place to live — somewhere he can be in charge, do whatever he wants, and be free of responsibility. But as Peter struggles to live with other animals, from feisty squirrels to sewing mice, he begins to realize his life at home might not have been so bad after all.

Sir Walter Candy Company is actually owned by one of our very own Elevated families! They have opened up time on a Monday specifically for our students to come take a tour and sample some of their treats. The tour will last approximately 20 minutes, include samples, and have time to ask questions before, during and after.

Join us for a tour of the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum! This tour will last approximately 2 hours, and provide time to explore their gift shop. If you plan on making a purchase, please prepare accordingly.

As an alternative to JA BizTown SLC, our students will have the opportunity to explore the famous Clark Planetarium. Included in this trip is a 3D viewing of "Asteroid Hunters" complete with popcorn and a drink. We will also have time to explore the gift shop, so plan accordingly if your student wishes to make a purchase.

Harmon's in St. George is excited to welcome Elevated students to their store on March 23rd! We will be separating into 2-3 groups of 15 or so people per group, and they are happy to take our groups at the same time, starting in different areas of the store. Please be prepared to stay in your group, and keep small children nearby. We will be getting a fun behind-the-scenes glimpse into the various departments of the store. If you've ever had a question about how they bake so many goodies, or if they slice all the deli meats themselves, this is your chance to find out!

Little Beakers - Orem

Get ready to explore the world of insects with an in-depth Grasshopper Dissection Lab at Little Beakers of Orem! The deadline to register for this field trip is Sunday March 8th. This is to ensure we give a proper headcount to the the lab, and make adjustments as needed.

Please note: this activity is designed for ages 5 and up. While younger siblings are allowed to be present, they are not able to participate in the dissection lab. Also, please be aware that too many additional persons in the lab can create a safety issue. We would request that if possible, this be a drop-off event for your Elevated student.

This field trip will have a $15 cost for any nonenrolled sibling that will be participating in the lab. If a parent is attending and wishes to participate in the lab as well, it will be $15.
