As a first-gen college student who found my way as a young adult by taking chances, making mistakes and getting up and trying again, I understand what it means to forge ahead even when I'm uncertain and anxious. And I'm grateful for the mentoring relationships that played a role in my growth, which is why connection, trust, and support remain central to the way I work today.
My personal experiences outside of work include: blended family dynamics, caregiving roles, grief and loss, and being a part of the sandwich generation - raising kids while supporting parents. These things have shaped how I show up for clients - grounded and compassionate. While I hold those experiences privately, they inform my ability to support others through complexity, change, and the emotional weight that we carry.
