Step 2 - Dive deeper with individual confidential intake session (property / parenting / commercial), a 1-hour exploration for each party priced at $249 per party. Step 2a - Elevate your experience with an optional pre-mediation session for each party, available at a cost of $249 per party. Step 3 - The heart of our process unfolds with a half-day dispute resolution/mediation lasting up to 4 hours, scheduled at a mutually agreed date. Each party incurs a fee of $1,000*, a cost that encompasses not just the mediation but also the preparation of a document summarising resolutions reached at mediation. This document will be shared with both parties via email by our dedicated mediator.

Parenting mediation

At Elenix, we understand the delicate nature of parenting matters and while we may not currently offer Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), our commitment to supporting you remains unwavering.

In situations where a Section 60I Certificate under the Family Law Act is necessary, we can guide you seamlessly to a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) who can provide the assistance you need.

Now, if your heart is set on mediating parenting matters and the formalities of a Section 60I Certificate aren't a requirement for you, Elenix steps in to offer its service. We're not just here to mediate; we're here to understand the emotional nuances that come with parenting disputes.
