🎯Goals of the Committee

To collect, update and disseminate effectively all kinds of career information to support students, parents, teachers, and school leaders in planning.

To conduct surveys on career paths of graduates and career development needs of students and initiate different career guidance interventions.

To counsel students individually and in groups, identifying their aspirations, abilities, interests and needs, and coaching them to find, develop and review their personal plans and careers goals.

To equip students with some job related and life skills, such as interviewing skills and decision making skills, goal setting skills etc.; and inculcate in students an early stage a correct attitude towards work.

To liaise partnership with parents, teachers, school leaders, other school personnel, alumni, institutes of further studies and NGOs in order to provide career education talks, additional careers guidance support and career-related experiences for students.
