About Me

Hello! My name is Erin Reedy and I am looking forward to having you in my Kindergarten class this school year! I would like to invite you and your family to Grandview’s Meeting the Teacher Night on Monday August 14, 2017 at Grandview Elementary from 6:00 – 7:00 PM! I look forward to meeting you and your family!

I would like to introduce myself with a little information about myself and my background. I grew up in Valley Center Kansas and Graduated from Valley Center High School.

After High School I attended Wichita State University where I earned a BA in Elementary Education. I went on to receive an ESOL Endorsement from K-State University and I later earned a Masters in Education from Baker University.

My teaching experience includes:

• 2 Years teaching 1^st and 2^nd grade at Grant Elementary in KCK

• 1 year as a Reading Resource Teacher in The Wichita Public schools.

• 12 years teaching Kindergarten in the Wichita Public Schools.

• 1 Semester teaching ESOL at Maize Central Elementary

• This will be my 2^nd year teaching Kindergarten at Grandview Elementary

Some of my hobbies include spending time with my Family and Friend, playing with my 3 Chihuahuas, working out when I have time and any and everything that has to do with Dance and Cheerleading.
