Sophia Armour has been selected as the Fine Arts Student of the Month  for September 2023, by the Band Department. Her instructor, Ms. Ansley McNeese says " Sophia is only a freshman and has already  proven herself to be a hard worker within  our band program. she is always ready to learn and give her best effort in everything she does. Her kindness and positive attitude makes her a joy to have in the classroom." Sophia is the daughter of  Cynthis Burnette and Eric Armour.

Emma Hernandez is being recognized as the Fine Arts Student of the Month for March 2023 by the Band Department. Her teacher, Mr. Chandler Sumner, says "Emma is an incredible musician and a joy to have in the classroom. She plays with both of our concert bands, jazz band, trumpet ensemble, and any other opportunity she gets to make music. Her dedication, work ethic, self-discipline, and kindness are always noticed in the Band Room!” Emma is the daughter of Katie Brown and Rafael Hernandez.

Cammie Fulbright is being recognized as the Fine Arts Student of the

Month for January 2023 by the Chorus Department. Her teacher,

Ms. Allyson Dye, says "Cammie has shown exponential growth in chorus. Not only has she learned about vocal production and music theory, but she has also gained confidence. She chooses to challenge herself by trying out for solos and joining women's trio. It is a blessing to continue watching her grow.” Cammie is the daughter of Scott Fulbright and granddaughter of Brenda & Leon Fulbright.

Braelyn Bozarth is being recognized as the Fine Arts Student of the

Month for November 2022 by the Visual Arts Department. Her teacher, Mr. Lee Wells, says "Braelyn works hard every day and gives her best. She's open and willing to work in different mediums and executes the material to her will. She is an excellent artist with a willingness to grow.” Braelyn is the daughter of Barry and Cynthia Bozarth.

Yacoub Engelhardt is being recognized as the Fine Arts Student of the Month for September 2022 by the Band Department. His teacher, Mr. Chandler Sumner, says "Yacoub is only a freshman in the Band Program and has already proven that he is willing to work hard to achieve greatness. His growth has been evident both in Marching Band and in Band Class, and he is loving what he is doing. Yacoub will be an important part of this program in the years to come!” Yacoub is the son of Yvonne Engelhardt.
