Library media specialist Kelsey Means, holds a Bachelors of Library Science in Education from Kutztown University. She first entered the library profession as Assistant Director of the ELANCO Public Library in New Holland PA. In January of 2017, Mrs. Means accepted the job of Elementary Librarian at Brecknock Elementary, and has moved to the Garden Spot campus this year (2019-2020).
