Chef Juan Carrillo, also known as el Guero Tejuinero is a well known Mexican seafood chef that has more than 30 years of experience, always taking pride on his delicious and unique style of cooking. He feels alive in the kitchen and delights on taking great care of his costumers. Every dish is made with great care. Chef Blanca Venegas, also known as Blanquita is also a well recognized Mexican seafood chef with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Blanquita is native to Sinaloa Mexico, but at the age of seven years old her family moved to Nayarit where she lived most of her life. Blanquita came to know the love of cooking at a very young age and was able to gain experience working at a variety of local establishments in Nayarit. With their specialized set of skills they complement each other in our kitchen. El Guero Tejuinero and Blanquita share the love for cooking and find delight with customer favorites and the creation of new recipes.
