This policy defines the digital inclusion standards governing all official web domains operated by Ekklēsía Iwigá, Inc. It establishes our alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and reflects our core institutional commitment to honoring the dignity, access, and communication needs of individuals living with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, and neurodivergent conditions.

2.1 Semantic Hierarchy & Screen Readers: Web pages are built using structured, logical heading sequences (Title → Heading → Subheading) and clean text layouts to ensure full compatibility with screen readers and assistive technology devices.
2.2 Visual Clarity & High Contrast: Color combinations between text and background elements maintain high-contrast ratios to support low-vision visitors and reduce visual fatigue.
2.3 Alternative Text (Alt Text): All meaningful media, graphics, and photographs across our web properties incorporate descriptive alternative text (alt text) for screen-reader processing.
2.4 Cognitive & Physical Ease: Website interfaces are formatted with minimal clutter, clean typography, and low cognitive demand to respect the energy limits of care seekers navigating acute health challenges or sensory fatigue.

 
3.1 Google Sites Native Compliance: Our web properties are hosted on Google Sites, which employs sandboxed <iframe> architecture for system security. This infrastructure intentionally restricts custom global header JavaScript injection, preventing the deployment of third-party accessibility overlay scripts or automated widgets (such as EqualWeb).
3.2 Direct Accessibility Engineering: Rather than relying on automated third-party overlay widgets, Ekklēsía Iwigá, Inc. manually engineers all native page structures, visual elements, and text formatting directly within the hosting platform to ensure authentic accessibility compliance.
