How do I find out this event on YouTube on mobile?

Visit your event page (for example, www.ekal.org/<eventname>) on your mobile browser. You don't need to download any app. Don't type that into YouTube.

For SmartTV you should have YouTube App. Of appleTV use iMac or iPhone to cast on TV. If you have android phone you can use chrome cast. Or simply connect TV to your laptops with HDMI and select approximately source on TV menu. Hope this helps.

Check if your TV/Computer has volume not set to zero or if it's not on mute. If you are chrome casting then please check your mobile device also has volume set to non zero.
