In order to promote collaboration and to make the teacher readily available, your students have access to Google Hangouts. This is a chat service that enables students to talk to each other. They are not able to contact anyone outside of the school via Hangouts, but they are able to contact other students. Although I will be doing my best to monitor student use of this tool, I will not always be able to prevent them from making bad choices. Please help me keep track of your student's computer use, and be aware of how and when they are using Google Hangouts.
