about academic communication

ABOUT US

The Centre for Academic Communication offers offline one-to-one tutoring sessions for all of your writing needs.

The Centre aims to provide a supportive environment that will help students enhance the quality of their writing and presentation skills. While talking to one of our dedicated writing tutors, students will receive support and feedback in a friendly and supportive manner. This support will set students on their way to communicating excellence. Through our tutors, students will be given clear and helpful advice that will assist them at all stages of their communicating journey. Our tutor will be on hand to help students with anything from drafting, revising, or editing citations to more complex aspects of writing or presentation like establishing the correct style, incorporating evidence, and building influential arguments. The lab also offers advice on applying for various scholarships and programs in higher education.
