What is Neuromechanics?
Neuromechanics explores the "Brain-Body Connection," focusing on how the nervous system and musculoskeletal system work together. It studies how the brain and nerves send movement instructions, and how muscles, bones, and joints move efficiently and effectively. This understanding helps improve rehabilitation, prevent falls, enhance athletic performance, and promote active aging, enabling us to move better, longer, and stronger.
