All About Me.

Welcome back! My name is Meagan Da Costa and I'm a grade 1 teacher at Mills Haven Elementary. Here is a little bit of information about me. This is the start of my 14th year at Mills Haven and my 13th year in grade 1! I have also taught grades 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9. I have an 9 year old son (Alex) and 1 dog named Dexter. When I was in grade 2 I told my parents that I was going to be a teacher when I grew up and that plan never changed! In total this will by my 16th year of teaching and I absolutely love my job!

My favourite colour is purple.

My favourite monster truck is Grave Digger.

I absolutely love tigger. 

I love to drink tea, coffee, bubly water, and bubble tea. 

I love to tap dance. So much so that this will be my 33rd year dancing.

I love to hike, skate, snowboard, bike ride, and go for walks.

If I'm stuck inside you will find me reading, playing board games, knitting or crocheting. 

Batman is my favourite superhero and I love Marvel movies!

My favourite real life hero is Terry Fox!

I love playing with my son and going on adventures with him.

I love teaching my dog new tricks and skills.
