APPLICATION Instructions

IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, YOU MUST USE YOUR EHT LOGIN OR A GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Students interested in participating in the Medical Science Academy are required to submit an application. Click this link for the ONLINE APPLICATION. 

Students must request teacher recommendations by MONDAY, April 7th by 10:00 pm 

• THE MSA APPLICATION COMMITTEE WILL BE SENDING THE TEACHERS YOU SPECIFIED OUT THE REQUIRED FORMS on 4/8/2025

Each component of the student application must be submitted no later than Sunday, April 28th, 2025 by 11:59 p.m.   

What do I need to do?

• Read the pre-application document.

• Fill out & submit the formal Recommendation Request Form for your teachers by April 8th.

  • Your teachers will get a request to fill out a recommendation from the MSA on April 8th. 

• Type responses to the two essay prompts.

• Obtain and upload required supporting documents to the Supporting Document upload Form between April 15th and April 28th. 

• Complete the application between April 15th and April 28th. (this could take approximately 60 minutes and needs to be completed all at once).

  • Information required to complete the application can be found in the pre-application document.

Incomplete applications will not be processed. 

• The application will not be considered complete until all supporting documents & teacher recommendations have been received.

During the selection process, Medical Science Academy will establish a waiting list of students in the event that a student who is offered a position chooses not to accept or transfers prior to the start of the first quarter.

Please note: due to the limited seating, meeting the prerequisites does not guarantee a placement in the MSA.
