Miller Career Fair
Our 2025 Miller Career Fair was a huge success! We had almost 40 community and parent volunteers join us! Some professions that were represented were police officers, paramedics, members of the Army and Air Force, nurses, physical therapists, financial advisors, a construction manager, a real estate agent, a speech language pathologist, a business owner, managers, a photographer/reporter, an electrician, a plant scientist, an endocrinologist, a lawyer, and computer and civil engineers. Our students enjoyed asking our volunteers questions and learning about their professions. Career Fair brought awareness to different career fields and encouraged students to begin thinking about their future. Students thoroughly enjoyed this first-hand experience. Another successful Career Fair thanks to our staff, students, and volunteers!
Congratulations to the winners of our Anti-Bullying Poster Challenge! Students from Mrs. Brennan, Ms. Riggs, Mr. Conley, Mrs. Scheibein, and Mrs. Celona classes have created exceptional artwork that beautifully illustrates the importance of standing united against bullying. Their awesome posters will be displayed near the main office as a reminder to us all to Stand Tall and Fly High Against Bullying!

Greeter Leaders is a program here at Miller School where our existing Miller students assist new students with their transition upon entering our school. These students were selected by their teachers for their positive characteristics they have displayed in the classroom. This week, we held our training where students received their official Greeter Leader badges and learned about important Greeter Leader skills. Thank you to our Greeter Leaders for their efforts in making our school a welcoming place!
