If you would like to request a final high school transcript, please fill out the attached Google Form.  You can also access the link via the High School web page and Guidance web page as well.

SAT Scores are not part of your High School Transcript. They must be requested directly from College Board.

Please be advised that request for transcripts made after September 1, 2024 must be submitted online at Egg Harbor Township School District website. There is a $5.00 fee for each transcript requested after 9/1/2024. The site address is: http://hs.eht.k12.nj.us
