Steps to Apply for College Board (PSAT/SAT/AP Exams) Accommodations at Episcopal School of Baton Rouge
Consult Your College Counselor: Talk to your assigned College Counselor about when to start taking the SAT/PSAT/AP exams.
Contact the SSD Coordinator: As soon as you know you need accommodations, reach out to your school’s SSD coordinator, Tiffany Guerin GuerinT@ehsbr.org.
Sign the Parent Consent Form: Have your parent or guardian (or you, if over 18) sign the Parent Consent Form. College Board Parent Consent Form
SSD Coordinator Submits Request: The SSD coordinator will enter necessary information about you and your requested accommodations in SSD Online.
Documentation: The SSD coordinator will gather and submit the required documentation. If documentation is needed, the SSD coordinator will reach out to you.
Receive Decision Notification: The SSD coordinator will access the decision in SSD Online, and you’ll typically receive a notice by mail. This typically takes up to 7 weeks.
