• Take & assign topics : You can allow topics and questions to be assigned to people in a Google Group. For example, if a member posts a question, you can assign someone to reply.
• Create canned responses for quick Q&A
• Use web forums to discuss common areas and topics
• Create a virtual bulletin board

• Make it easier to find your group & posts
• Delete a group or stop members from posting
