• NEW GROUP (1st Day)
• Take attendance (correct nicknames/names)
• Seating Chart
  • Student Pictures (as needed)
• Go over Class Syllabus and Class Introduction Prezi
• Talk about class
  • Make sure they fully understand the plan: Class vs PE (every 3-weeks)
• Enroll and Introduce Google Classroom
  • Go over Google Classroom Areas (Stream, Classwork, People, Grades, To-Do)
• If time, ask how 6th grade is going and if they have any questions about anything about middle school/6th grade.

• Collect signed Syllabus
• Make sure everyone is enrolled in Google Classroom
• Go over and explain mrpaxton.com website.
• Student Interest Inventory Activity
• If time, show students how to add Google Classroom, Skyward, and Aleks to the Shelf on chromebooks

DAY 20

• Begin Chromebook Introduction
  • Chromebook Introduction
  • Continue Chromebook vs Netbook comparison
  • Adding important apps/websites to the "Shelf"
    • Google Classroom, Skyward, Aleks
