Induction Program Resources

The purpose of induction-sponsored professional development through network meetings is to provide participating teachers with a forum to explore and discuss topics of interest and importance in their work.  During Network meetings, teachers have the opportunity to select from a menu of workshop options and join grade-alike or content-alike groups to problem solve, share resources, and learn from experienced educators. The goal of professional learning is to move teachers beyond their teaching credential programs toward more meaningful and equitable interactions with students and families.
