Free Therapy for Sacramento Residents 

Sacramento County residents may receive FREE online therapy sessions through HearYou.org in partnership with Sac Collab, the Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative.

Adult residents of Sacramento County may receive up to 6 sessions at no cost. Children and young adults through the age of 26 years may receive up to 10 sessions at no cost.
