Rubric- Research Synthetic.8th. materialsYou will do a research project to learn about a synthetic product. You will read various online articles, watch informational videos, and use library resources. Students will try to find answers to the following three guiding questions:
Physics in sports project.OjingwaStudents will design a ppt presentation analyzing the physics (energy, forces and motion) of a sport or physical activity. Students will design a ppt presentation researching information related to the sport.
Prepare a poster on an African American scientist. Research your subject. Gather facts about the field of science this person succeeded in.
Students apply the concepts of energy, energy transfer, transformations and waves to build a solar oven that uses the light energy from the sun. Students test their oven in cooking from a list of selected items during school hours.
